Security PS Consultant to Deliver Featured Talk at Kansas City ITEC Conference

Overland Park, KS – October 23, 2006 –

Security PS, a thriving independent application and network security consulting firm, will provide a speaker for one of the two featured sessions at the upcoming Kansas City ITEC Conference & Exhibition. Bruce Marshall, Director of Network Security, will deliver a presentation on the 2007 Security Threatscape – How to Stay Ahead of the Curve.

Marshall’s session will educate attendees on how their organization can conduct effective threat and vulnerability assessments. His talk will focus both on choosing the appropriate type of assessments as well as using the results to achieve optimum security. Marshall will draw on his decade of security consulting experience and observations about recent criminal hacking trends to show decision makers where their assessment budget is best spent.

The annual ITEC event takes place on October 25-26 at the Overland Park Convention Center. Mr. Marshall will speak from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM on Thursday, October 26.
